    That happens sometimes, the developers are working on figuring it out. If you have a different device or can go to the online portal sometimes you can request it again.

    I have 3 cameras running, and all are having the issue...recently became a dealer to sell them in our store..hope this does not persist!

    Have you tapped the thumbnail? Most of the time.the video is there, it just shows small. If you save it and play it from Photos, it should be full size. No, it’s not convenient. I take screen shots and send them to the developer when it happens (I’m using a beta version of the app).
