Pictures not going to portal or Phone App
I purchased 2 new cameras and signed up for Verizon service. The Hello test shows as successful on the camera; but I cant access the photos on my phone(through the app) and the photos don't show up on the portal(I tried logging in and out). The SD cards are new and regular cards. The cameras work but the photos can only be retrieved through physically going through the cameras.
Cameras have Verizon 4G service ( GC-G4Gb - GC-G4Gb/GoCam (Verizon 4G) Blackout)
I have credits available. The camera is showing up in portal and app, but it just states no photo available.
Tried a test photo, but it just shows as sending....., but never goes through

Please post a picture of the SD card if you can. If not please post the following specs:
brand
size (standard or microSD in adapter)
capacity (how many G)
class (generally 4 or 10, will be a number in a circle, if there isn’t one, list that)
speed (if there is one, it will look something like 80 MB/s)

Your SD card is both too slow (class 4 instead of class 10) and too high a capacity (32 G max).
