When you turn it off and then back to set up does the green light on the front blink?

First thing I would try is a different SD card or even no SD card. If that doesn't work then find your exact camera model on the list in the link I've posted below and follow the instructions to do a manual firmware update. You'll need to follow the steps for cameras without the firmware option in the menu. What is your camera model?
Not an option right now to get on a computer. At my hunting property 7 hours from home to put cameras out. It powered on but I seen batteries were low so I put new batteries in and now it won’t power on
You can try taking the batteries out and leaving it turned on for a few hours. Also if you can get to the online portal or even through the app cancel any pending commands that you have for that camera. Have you tried a different set of new batteries?
Definitely try the different SD card too if you didn't already.
Yep tried new SD card, tried different batteries, so odd that I put new batteries in and now nothing. Thanks for your help. I’ll try to take batteries out for awhile
It might be stuck trying to do a task, that's why you want to cancel anything pending as well

One trick I sometimes use when changing batteries is not to pull all of them if the camera still has power. I’ll usually leave the four closest to the hinge (two top, two bottom) in, remove the other eight, then replace the four closest to the latch (two up, two down), remove the last four old ones, and install eight more new ones.

Why will it blink in set up ?
When in set up under normal conditions that's a walk test light, it will blink when the camera detects motion. It will also blink when it's searching for signal or trying to do something. If that light didn't blink it would mean there's something more seriously wrong. With it blinking there's a chance we get get it running by trying a few different things.
Tried everything we discussed and still nothing. It will not power on. I’ll try to return it

Did you try the firmware update too?
I actually tried the firmware update through my app on my phone and it’s been pending for about hour and half. The camera just won’t do anything. Even tried to pull up menu and the screen shows nothing. Only thing I get is the flashing green in set up and if I go straight to on front set up it will blink about 10 times and then nothing. So strange the camera worked until I put new batteries in it.
A manual update may take care of it, it's not going to update through the app since it's not doing anything or connecting to the server. The manual update should just reset everything.
The firmware can't update if the camera is not online. You'll want to cancel that.
If you have a computer and internet access, you can try the manual firmware update using the Playback button method (since you cannot get to the camera menu to choose FW update from the camera menu).
