I bought the camera, it worked for a week until the 1 credit that came with it was used up. Which I didn’t know I needed to purchase. I bought the camera from U.S. Cellular and they didn’t tell me. So, I pay U.S. Cellular every month AND have to buy credits. I bought 12 credits and they show on my account but the camera still doesn’t work

Credits are good for a month so that's probably not your issue if it's only been a week. Turn the camera off and then back to setup and wait for it to find signal, then press the OK button to take a picture and then press it again to send the picture and see what happens and what it says on the screen. Are you getting a daily status report still? Do you have any pictures showing anything other than P5 on the bottom right corner of the picture? Especially check out the night pics. If you could post a picture of your SD card too please. If you go to account on the app and then credits and then check credit it will give you the status of the current credit being used.

You posted 10 days ago and then we haven't heard back until now so there wasn't anything more we could do to help you.
Is the camera taking motion-triggered pictures and not sending them? Have you checked all your settings to be sure that sensitivity is normal, you don't have any start stop times (I'm asking because I worked with someone whose camera was set to start at midnight and stop at 12:15 AM, no wonder it wasn't sending pictures), send limit is not set to some weird number?
Please check your settings against these. You may not want to use these exact settings but you may see something very different in your settings.

It's possible that there is something wrong with the camera, in which case you'll need an RMA. However, it's more likely that there's a setting problem or a problem with the SD card. Are you using a "to spec" SD card and did you format it in the camera?
Is the firmware current? Can you post a screen shot of the latest status report?
