Try defaulting your camera, there's a default option in the cameras menu. It could be a bad SD card and that is something easy enough to check. Are any of your other cameras close to this one where you could try swapping SD cards and Sim cards to see what the problem might be? Where are you getting your data from? Double check that the plan is active, especially if using ATT buy a session, sometimes when you buy data it gets applied to a different camera than you were intending. There's a few other things we can try but check on these items first and we'll go from there.

Hey John, thanks for the response.

I have defaulted the camera already. We get our data from ATT, logged in and checked all plans are active till 2021. I will swap an SD card a little later this morning and follow up with you. Thanks!

Alright just tried another memory card, and it still does not send pictures. I tried to reinstall a fresh copy of the firmware and it seems like it is not taking it. Where to next?

Do you have another camera close by that you could try swapping SIM cards? One thing to do is to go into the settings and in the diagnostic area is the APN setting, enter in there and when it asks for a password it's 1-2-3-4. After you are in you should see the APN set to either APNBL or APNBR, which ever it is change it to the other one, make sure to hit the OK button when it asks to lock in the changed settings. Then back out to the main screen where you can see what the camera is seeing and turn the camera off and back on to set up and when it finds signal try and take and send a manual picture.

I changed the setting from APNBL to APNBR and now it is sending photos again. I guess I am all set at this point unless I need to change or modify anything else. Thanks for all the help John!
