  Have you looked at the SD card to see whether it is talking pics but not sending them?

  I have the same issue. It has full bars full battery and 30 available credits. Can’t even get it to send a status report. I’ve had a request pending for 2 weeks now.

  Jonathan,

  What model camera (GC-what or GST-what)? Does the camera have a data plan? What carrier? Is the firmware current? Did you take/send a manual photo (camera in setup, showing bars, point it at something, press OK to take pic, OK again to send)? What did the screen say? What are the specs on the SD card you are using?

  GC-V4Gb. It has a data plan with Verizon. The status report says that the firmware is up to date. Haven’t tried taking a manual picture

  Try the hello test in the cameras menu and see if it passes or fails
