Pictures not dowmloading

Spartan go camera. Credits good. Card good. Test picture good. I got an alert that I had a photo but photo will not download to app.

Try logging out of the app and back in. Are you using an android phone or Iphone?

Did the logging out and back in help? Also make sure it's a picture notification and not a status report notification.

A couple of other things to check. Make sure that in the app, Settings, Automatically download is still ON. Also, double check your device settings to be sure that those haven’t changed:
