Not getting pictures or status reports

Just set out camera today, Haven't used it for a month or so...Fresh batteries formatted sd card in camera.. Took a couple pictures after setup ..Viewed them on the camera and even requested a picture and it sent.. But app on phone or home computer nothing has come thru.. Home computer has all pictures from previous month.. App on phone says "NO Photo Available " No status reports or pictures..

  Make sure the camera is set to premium and not auto. If it says sent then it went somewhere. Did you ever have it sending to an email address? By requesting a picture do you mean take a manual picture by pressing the OK button twice while in set up?

  I have pics sent to my email and I did hit ok twice.. I'm not sure about premium or auto..I suppose I'll have to go retrieve camera tomorrow and check..

  Did the pictures show up on your email by any chance? Just want to make sure the camera definitely said sent after you hit the ok button the second time

  it said sending...it was hard to see the screen real good    .I'll have more time tomorrow .Nothing came in my email... and got good signal there too... On my phone it shows power voltage 5.7 nd Status as of 2020-06-06-25 13:10:58 and temperature 91 F...That seems to be working on

  My camera is showing the last status report about 15:00 yesterday. I can’t seem to get it to do anything

  John,

  Have you checked the portal to see if there are pictures there but not on the app?

  What model camera (GC-what?) What kind of batteries are you using? What does the battery level on the status report look like?

  It’s a gocam. Shows 4 bars signal and full battery. But that status report was from yesterday. I tried forcing a download of photos but it’s not doing that. I also requested a new status report and it won’t even do that

  I run lithium batteries and I just put them in 1.5 months ago

  John, depending on how many pics it's sent those batteries could be low. Go through your pictures and see if any show anything other than P5 in the lower right corner, especially check out the night images. What does the battery indicator look like on the latest status report?

  James, that's an odd time to just get a status report and I'm assuming your camera is a 4g model that sends a status report with every picture. A report at that time probably means that the camera took and tried to send a picture but it didn't go through and then sent the status report. That could be out of premium credits or a bad or incompatible SD card. It also just might need the card formatted in the camera.
