Camera not sending pics

    The wireless subscription does autorenew unless there has been a change in your credit card. You can check your subscription by logging on to my.spartancamera.com, Camera Management, Account, Wireless Subscriptions. It won’t tell you how much data you have but it will tell you whether the plan is active.

    Is there any chance that something could have damaged the antenna? 

    If you are getting your data from Spartan, you don’t need credits. They are included with the plan. Are those credits for other cameras you have?

    The credits are for another camera

    17.06 Volts
    Internal Voltage
    4.01 Volts
     
    I haven't received anything since last night's 8:15 picture, and I should've received pics throughout the night 
     
    not sure about antenna but don't think it could've been damaged

    I just looked at my settings and several of them changed?  time zone was gone an interval was changed from 3min to 30 sec.

    That’s odd about your settings change. Something seems to have happened to reset the camera. It should have checked in at midnight so that’s a concern. You can try updating your settings, but unless the camera checks in, it’s not going to get those updates and it will be wonky on the time until it gets the time zone.

    Your battery situation is excellent. That internal voltage can get as high as 4.03V, so you’re right there at full charge.

    Have you looked at the portal (my.spartancamera.com) to see if pictures are there but not on app? I doubt that’s the problem because you have at least one other camera and haven’t mentioned not getting pics from it, but it’s best to be sure. I think your answer will be that the last photo on the portal is the same photo you got to the app but I don’t want to overlook anything.

    It sent a status report today at 15:02 but no picture. Also did not accept my settings update

    I think your SD card is the problem. Do you see how it’s almost full? You probably have overwrite on, but some of these cameras don’t seem to get with the program. I’d cancel all pending commands, then request format from the app. It will erase everything from the SD card, but that may be your only option for getting the camera online if you can’t go to the camera and put in a new card.

    Once the format is complete, you’ll get a photo with an F on the info strip.

    It worked! Had to try the format 2 times and went through today. Got picture with F. Thanks!!
