I would like to share photos with my son. Does he need to have the app or can these be sent directly to his email?

  You can set up email through the online portal but it's not as reliable as the app? Any reason you don't want him to use the app?

  In case you do decide to use the app, you can either just give him your login credentials or you can share the camera to him. If you give him your login credentials, the camera will show up on his phone under My Cameras. If you share it to him, he’ll need his own account and it will show up on his app under Shared Cameras.

  Ok thanks. I basically just want him to view photos so it sounds like I should have him download the app and create his own account
