Picture downloading

I have four cameras. Recently one of them as stopped downloading the photos on the app. It continues to show the downward arrows like there’s an incoming photo, but nothing happens. I’ve shared all the cameras with my son and he’s still getting the photos. Any idea why my phone app as quit?

  Try logging out of the app and back in. Also check the app settings and make sure that "set per camera" is turned off and automatically download is turned on.
