All emails from Spartan stopped at 9 AM this morning (July 9)
I have 24 plus GoCams in use that send status reports 4 times a day and numerous motion-triggered pictures. Since 9 AM today, I have not received any status reports or pictures by email. The status information and the pictures are on the website and do come down to the phone app. but I am getting no emails at all. My mail service provider (Luxsci) shows that no emails are being received from "noreply1@hcowireless.com" at all -- they are not being classified as spam. Help -- this is a major problem because I use the emails to categorize pictures and monitor camera statuses. Any idea what could be happening?

Both email addresses (bob@rkepple.com and bob@rmkpropllc.com) validate successfully.

This won’t help you, but I have gotten 9 photos to one email address and 12 to another today so it’s probably not a systemic Spartan server problem.
Have you checked the delivery options for each camera to confirm that the email address(es) are still checked? I know there have been times when email addresses got checked somehow so I’m wondering if maybe they’ve gotten unchecked? -
I contacted my email provider (Luxsci) and they said that they were not receiving the emails at all -- they were not bouncing them. However, after the newly-added email worked, I went back and again validated the "old" emails and they now work! Weird -- the old emails had been working for over 5 years. Thanks for the help.
