Struggling with Camera Activations
I have two Spartan Cameras both through US Cellular.
I went down to my local store on Thursday and get them both activated on my account. Trying to set them up on the app but running into walls at every step.
I have active credits on my account and have tried to register both cameras. Both cameras have failed so far and I'm quite frustrated.
One camera is a GC-USCb (S3680)
The other is a GC-U4Gb2 (S378U)
Will be reaching out to Spartan tomorrow but was hoping someone might be able to help.

Is the firmware current on each? Camera in setup, Menu, third tab, scroll down to Information, check the firmware date against the date of the FW on the download page.https://my.spartancamera.com/download
If the FW is not current, use the instructions here for updating manually. You will download the correct FW file from the download page above.

Liz has given you some good things to look at and try. After the cameras were activated did they do anything else with them to make sure that they were working? You can try defaulting the camera, it's an option in it's menu. Also be sure the antenna is installed and maybe try them outside if you are inside.
