    Make sure there's no space before the numbers when you enter. Also make sure you are using the iccid and not the IMEI

    yep double checked to make sure theres no spaces and still doing the same thing.  Also am sure that I am using the 20 digit ICCID code as listed on the SIM card.

    Can't you just renew the plan since it sounds like it was already active and just expired?

    If the camera still shows on your account you should be able to buy more data without having to enter that info again.

    First, log in to your account, then Camera Management, Account, Wireless Subscriptions. Is your camera’s data plan shown there? If so, I’m not quite sure what to do, maybe there’s a rewew button or something. I don’t think you need to go through the same steps that you used when you initially bought a plan.

    Then I guess you'll have to re enter it all again. Sounds like you may need to call tech support at the office tomorrow. What is the cameras model number and are you sure you didn't get your data directly from the cell carrier and your premium credits from Spartan? How long since the camera has been active?

    the model is GC-A 4GB

    no sir I am not sure of anything at this point, so I'm sure that could be a possibility.  I havent messed with any of the data plan aspect of the camera since the day i activated it about 2 years ago, and its worked fine with just purchasing credits until about February of this year.

    Two years ago, I'll bet you got your data through ATT buy a session. That's why the iccid error. Does that sound familiar? You can try logging on to the ATT buy a session website and see if you have an account.

    Just tried logging in to ATT on the buy a session website and that doesnt appear to work (unless my login is different than my standard ATT wireless account login info).  I dont remember having to ever deal with ATT directly but I could be wrong.  I feel like when i activated the camera initially, it came with the SIM and all i had to do was activate via the Spartan website?  again, i could be wrong but thats the best i remember.

    Ive even gone as far as to go back and look at my bank statements from 2 years ago to see where i would have paid ATT for services, and I havent had much luck yet...

    Is the front of the SIM (the part that doesn’t have contacts) solid white with the AT&T logo or does it have at least one other color (typically orange, green, and/or blue) on it? All white SIMs are Spartan SIMs. If the SIM has color on the front, it’s an AT&T Buy-A-Session SIM.

    If you’ve used AT&T, you would pay every 90 days, every 180 days, or every year. You should have something on your bank statements from either Spartan (possibly listed as HCO?) or AT&T. If you only run the camera part of the year, check last year about the time you would have put the camera our.

    Tyler, tech looked into it and you have a buy a session SIM card. You'll need to log on and renew your plan or of it's been too long might have to add the camera back. Tech support may try to contact you.

    Your SIM may not work with BAS. If it doesn’t, you can buy an AT&T bring your own device SIM from Amazon, WalMart, Target, BestBuy, etc. and you should be able to use it. If you didn’t delete the camera from the BAS account, AT&T often trashes the ICCID after a couple of months and it’s no longer usable.

    ok were all good.  I googled how to activate an ATT SIM and it was pretty self explanatory.  Works like a charm now.  Sorry for making that harder than it needed to be!  Appreciate the help!
