No pics on Verizon GC-Z4GB2

I have a Spartan Camera (model SM-N950U) that has been running fine for about a year (had roughly 1,100 pics from it).  With the memory card running full, I told the camera to format the card, which it did.  After that, I received a few more pictures (roughly 20) but have received no more.  The unit shows a good cell signal and plenty of battery.  The SD card has had no issues.  My firmware is up-to-date, according to the app.  I have premium credits (13) and a bundled data and premium service.  I receive - in the log - a message "ResultCode":1, "ResultMsg":"No photo available".  The camera shows that it was triggered 17 times just today.

Help would be appreciated.

    When your say plenty of battery is it showing full power, 5.7 volts and P5 on the lower right corner of all pictures including the night images? After you requested the format did you get a picture with an F on the info strip on the bottom of it?

    My status report reads 5.7 volts and I did receive a night pic after formatting the card.  That picture registers "P5" in the lower right hand corner.  Every picture I have received only has an "M" in the info strip at the bottom.

    When was the last picture that you received and what it the time on the last status report? That message that you see in the app log just means that the app checked the server for new photos and there weren't any.

    Can you post a screen shot of your status report? If you don't see the icon to post an image on your phone screen you just need to change to desktop mode and it should be there.

    Your pictures are numbered 807-810 so if you only got a few more pictures after the format then something doesn't seem correct. Did you get a picture with a F on the bottom instead of the M after the format was complete? The last picture is 7/24 but the status report from the screen shot is 7/26 so the camera kept sending the status reports for a while after the pictures stopped. What are you using for batteries or external power? usually if it's an SD card issue the status reports will keep coming so I would expect to see a current date on the status report that you posted. Also the camera will send a status report with every picture so when the card goes bad you usually get a status report at a strange time not on the hour, yours is at midnight which leads me to believe that the camera stopped detecting and sending pictures, while it could be SD card related right now I'm thinking it's more of a power/battery problem.

    We never received a pic with an "F" at the bottom; only "M".

    We are using Energizer Lithium Ion AA batteries that were changed about three weeks ago.

    Do you have any idea how many pictures it sent in that three week period since you changed the batteries? I have seen in the past where because lithium batteries are so high in voltage that they die without and warning or the camera showing signs of low battery.

    I don't believe that it is the batteries, as the camera is indicating that it is still taking pictures, as you can see from this log.

    That log is just the app checking for pictures, it doesn't reflect the cameras activity.
