Battery life
My ghost cam has been in the woods for about a month now on fresh 12 lithium batteries. It has taken 338 pictures going from P5 in the bottom right corner, right to P1 and showing battery life of one bar remaining. My question is how do I maintain a longer battery life other than using the solar. Researching before I bought this camera seemed that they last 4-5 months on batteries.

With the Ghost, you’ll be more interested in the internal and external voltage shown on the status report than in the battery indicators or the P numbers on the info strip.
I would expect that lithiums would maintain a higher voltage for longer.
Number of photos is a better indicator of life than months, but it depends on how strong the signal is, thumbnail size, day vs night, videos, and possibly other things.
Here’s an article on Ghost battery info that may help a little. Johnny will probably have more input tomorrow.

Is the cameras firmware up to date? With an external voltage showing 10.35 volts that's 1.725 volts per battery which should still be good for lithium. The internal is a little low but not horrible. How close to you is the camera? Can you look at the online portal and check the picture numbers and see if they are all there in order with no gaps? Also is your SD card 32gb or smaller, class 10, 80mb/s or faster and full sized (not a micro in an adapter)? The voltages for lithium batteries and a 12 volt SLA battery overlap so the camera may actually think it has a dead 12v sla rather than good lithium batteries in it, which won't cause you a problem if that's the case it is just a little confusing looking at the status report. What will probably happen if that is what's going on is as those lithium get lower in voltage they will get closer to aa alkaline specifications and the camera will start to show full battery power.

I bought the Father’s Day special I believe it came with a 32gb SD. Not near the camera to go back to check it for at least another month or so. Now that I’m looking at all the photos on my portal, 95% of my 338 photos say P0 in the bottom right corner. It went to P5 recently and now back to P0. Hoping this camera keeps performing the way it has I have been extremely impressed with the quality so far

If the card came with it then it should be fine, you do want to make sure that anytime you put a card in the camera that you format it using the option in the cameras menu. It sounds to me like everything is OK with the camera, it's just in that overlapping voltage range like I mentioned before and I would expect it to show full power in the future.

When you look at the status report on the app it lists the current firmware and will either say that it's up to date or there will be an update button. What is the date and time on the last status report and what voltages are given? You should definitely be getting more pictures than that on a set of lithium batteries.
