My pics are only sending to my email and not the app.

    Did it ever send to the app? Did you have it set to send to email and the app previously?

    This is my third year with these cameras and they have always sent to my app and not to email.

    Check the camera itself and make sure it's set to premium/instant and not auto. Also look at the online portal and see if the pictures are getting there.

    Ok, I am set to instant/premium.  The pictures are showing up in my spartan online portal but not my app.

    Are you using the same email and password for the app that you are the online portal? Are you getting status reports or any type of notification to the app?

    Yes, I do have the same email and password.  I am getting the notification that I received a pic and a status report notification but then there is nothing there in the app when I go in to the app.

    Ok, double check your permissions and make sure they are all allowed. It's good you have some communication between the portal and sever, we just need to figure out the photo issue. You may want to try an uninstall and reinstall of the app. Make sure any pictures that you don't want to lose are backed up. You should be fine but you never know.

    Please check your device settings. It sounds like the app may not have permission to use Photos.
