Camera won't turn on and only stays on for 30 seconds then dies

I bought the cam back in February and because it was snowing I hooked it up shut it off and tucked it away until a month ago. I tried powering it on and it wouldn't turn on so I bought new batteries and put them in I could get the cam to power up and it read 3 out of 5 bars but once I went to connect to my phone the camera froze and I couldn't do anything the camera was unresponsive so I shut it off and I couldn't get the cam to power back on without taking the batteries out and putting new ones in. Once I put new once in the cam would just freeze up again. I went and asked my service center and they were no help. Any help is appreciated.

    The model should start with a GC or a W or a G most likely (GC-A4gb, W4gb)

    When you say 3 out of 5 bars is that signal strength or battery power? If it's battery power that's very low. I would try a different SD card. Make sure it's 32gb or smaller, class 10, 80mb/s or faster and full sized, not a micro in an adapter.

    New batteries should be a full 5 bars. I would try another set

    I would try a different SD card if the batteries don't make a difference. Make sure you format it in the camera.

    the camera also says when I want to switch time or want to update it says system busy

    Did you ever purchase a data plan for the camera? System busy usually means it's doing something or looking for the network. When you say you originally hooked it up did you have it taking pictures and sending them to the app?

    yes when I bought it the cam was hooked up to my phone and sending pictures to my phone

    I would make sure that you have no pending commands and then default the camera and see what happens. Also check and make sure that the data plan is still current
