My camera stopped sending pictures

  You’ll need to help us a bit. What model? GC-what? Can you please post a screen shot of the status report from the app, to start.

  Battery is good Indicator shows full
  Camera won’t up date camera settings banner on the bottom stays red and has been for days

  If you switch to the desktop view, you can post a photo. We need to see the status report info because that will tell us whether the camera is still online or not. Do you have any commands pending other than the settings update? (Drop down the command history on the status report.) We also need to see the info about the SD card.

  Micheal, where are you getting your data from? If through Spartan make sure you have a current plan, if through att do you have premium credits? If those options check out then I'm suspecting a SD card issue.

  Like Johnny, I suspect the SD card. Also, do you mean for your camera to be turned off from 11:45 PM to 1 AM? 

  Is the SD card a class 10 card, 80 MB/s or faster?

  No I don’t mean for that time I was just putting times in to see if it would up date.

  yea that is correct on sd card

  i had been getting pictures and it just stopped
