Camera stopped working

Camera stopped working in February. When we went to set it up this year same thing. Changed sd cards tried formatting as card and still nothing. Is there a number to call? Very frustrating.

    Is the firmware up to date? What size, class and speed is the sd card, is it full sized? Does the camera find signal when you have it in set up mode and if it does what happens when you press the ok button to take a picture and then press it again to send the picture?

    Says failed when trying to send picture The sd card is extreme speed class 10 32gb. The camera is at full signal.

    In the menu you'll find diagnostics, go into that and try the hello test, see if it passes or fails

    Last time status recorded on the camera was 2-22-2020

    Where are you getting your data from and what is the camera model? If it fails the hello test then it's not connecting to the cellular network for some reason

    Verizon is my carrier, GC-Z4Gb

    I would check with Verizon if that's who the plan is with and make sure it's still active. Also make sure you have premium credits.
