New data plan without physical access to camera...

Hello, I have a camera that's currently in the woods. Its wireless subscription was cancelled months ago and the camera has just been sitting for some time. I suspect that the battery is dead by now, but I'd like to get it set up with a new wireless plan before I head into the woods to install new batteries. Can I apply a new wireless plan without having physical access to the camera? If so, how?

    Yes, you will just need the IMEI number and iccid number. Both should be available on the app or portal. Where are you getting your data from?

    Austin, look at the status report page on the app. Also should be on the camera management page on the portal.

    John, is there a certain number I should be looking for? I don’t see anything labeled as the IMEI
