Bad SD Card?

Have 4G cam that had been working perfectly until I changed SD card. After I changed SD card a 32GB Ultra, the cam sent photos for a few days then quit sending photos. I do receive daily status reports and battery is good as well as signal. It shows 63 mb for card size instead of 31-32 gb. I tried updating firmware as it was slightly outdated but it has not done so. Am I right in assuming it is most likely the card. 6 hr drive to location so if could resolve remotely would be great but if it is the card it will require travel. Thanks

  It does sound like it is the SD card. I would try cancelling all pending commands and then request a format from the app, it's on the status report page.

  if there is a red Format button on the status report page, tap it to format the card (after cancelling the firmware update and any other pending commands). If there’s no Format button, then you will have to replace the SD card. The format may not happen until after the scheduled event 1 status report, which is at midnight unless you changed the time.
