Getting camera to sync w mainframe

Have new Ghost - GC-G4Gb

1) Set up w Verizon - check

2) Worked on screen of camera to set up - check

3) Coordinated with app to enter appropriate info - check

4) Was NOT able to capture camera "code" to enter into app!

Camera is not "shaking hands" with mainframe....it does appear on Management screen but battery level & test images not appearing.

Thx in advance for help....

    Yes, after resetting, it now appears on home screen & I am now getting images.

    The only thing I can't see is my (actual) battery level....it is all white with a red outline.

    Also, is there a way to change the name of the camera as it appears on the Spartan Camera Management screen

    Tried to re-register and camera said that it was already registered

    What voltages is it showing in the app and what type of batteries are you using? On the camera settings page you have camera description and nametag. Description is what the camera will be named on the app, nametag is what will appear on the info strip on the actual photo.

    Ext reading = 10.56

    Internal = 3.87

    New Energizer Lithium batteries installed

    OK, what's happening is that lithium are so high in voltage that the camera thinks is has a dead SLA external battery instead of new lithium. Once they drop in voltage a little bit the camera will show full power.

    Great info! 

    Camera sending images to Spartan main computer but not to my phone app. I see my four other cameras & images but this new one will not push images beyond Spartan on screen.
