Test Image Failed

Purchased GC-V4Gb and 3 month service through Spartan. Registered the camera, updated to latest firmware and sent Hello test all just fine. When trying to send a test image it tries to send 2 or 3 times and says Failed each time. As expected with that not working, camera doesn't send images either (taking them and storing on card). Send in ticket yesterday and called today (left message). Headed out to ASAP to put up the camera so hoping someone here has an idea??

  You can try defaulting the camera in it's menu. Make sure that you are using an SD card that's to spec. 32gb or smaller, class 10, 80mb/s or faster and a full sized card (not a micro in an adapter). Does the camera show up on your app home page?

  Yes, it shows up. Even did camera status request once. All others have failed/pending. I'll check/try other things mentioned.

  Make sure that you format the SD card in the camera too, there's a format option in the menu.
