Have another camera that I

Turned the sensitivity to OFF Setting 5 days ago because of wind pictures. Set it back to normal a day later and haven't got a picture since.

5.7 VOLTS, FIRMWARE UP TO DATE, STILL GETTING STAT REPORTS

    After you changed it back to normal you requested a settings update? If so does it show that change complete? What is the time and date of the last status report?

     Do you have a 1:00 scheduled event, picture or photo? Does the app show a more recent status report? If so what are the time and date?

    David are you using the Spartan camera management app? The last thing you posted looks like an earlier time than the previous shot.

    yep have the the app and data is through spartan on this one

    Put in the setting for chicago central time. Update not completed yet. Probably does not matter anyway im thinking

    Actually that can make a big difference if that wasn't set. Make sure that you cancel all of your pending commands except for the update that is setting the time zone. It may take overnight for that to correct itself.

    I think you need to format the SD card. Cancel all the pending commands and request the format from the status report page. Hopefully it does it at midnight when the status report comes in. You did get a report at midnight this morning so the camera is still communicating. Hopefully it formats and then you can set the time zone. Without that time zone set it won't always see the requests.

    I think not having the time zone set and the sd card needing to be formatted is not allowing any update to happen. The Status report came in at 5:00 and I think you only have it set up for midnight correct? How far away is the camera?

    Not sure but it was working until tried to set the sensitivity to Off for a day. Would do that again. Its 5.5 hours away unfortunately

    I think if your time zone was set it wouldn't be so much of an issue. When you look in the camera settings does it show the sensitivity as off or normal? Where are you getting your data from?

    I would keep the format pending for a few days, hopefully it will update at the scheduled status report. The format is the only thing pending correct?
