First, you need to turn your sensitivity to normal. A lot of times, high will do exactly the opposite of what you want it to do.
Second, that trigger interval of 15 seconds means the camera will stay quiet for 15 seconds between the time it finishes sending a picture and it takes another. If you want the fastest pics, change that to 0.
Here’s an article on camera settings that you may find useful. I highly recommend that you set some scheduled events so that your camera checks in several times a day.
