camera stopped working

So I bought 2 cameras a month ago and about a week ago I received a email saying my premium credits were gonna expire so I purchased 12 the same day. Now today is the day they expired and both cameras haven't taken pictures in over 12 hours.

  Can you please post the status report for each camera (preferably a screen shot from the app)?

  You can look at your credit history and usage on the app too see if they used a new credit and how many you have left.
