3 out of 4 cameras not working
One camera won't do the update, and is dead in the water.
One just keeps sending pictures, with nothing there. There is no vegetation moving, to set it off. No Pattern
on how often it will take the pictures.
One just quit taking any pictures.
All cameras have new batteries, and Level 10 SD cards
I have left three phone messages over the past month, no one has responded. Getting real frustrated with Spartan!

If the camera is dead and not connecting it won't accept any commands. On that camera do you have pics showing anything other than P5 on the last pics that you did get? The one sending random pics is there a T or M on the info strip? Does it do it more during the daytime than nighttime? It could be a bad sensor or possibly ants. The one that stopped sending pics, same question about the P5 on the photo and it's it still sending status reports? Actually are any of the three still sending the status report but no pictures?
Where are you getting your data from and what are the camera model numbers?
