having trouble with my gocam connecting to the Verizon network. Even when it does connect it doesn't send pics. Register sim card and check sim card error messages. Called Verizon rep he checked the sim card made sure it was added to my account and hevsaid it looks ready to go. Wanted to put camera back in the same location as last year, as it worked great there all year. It can't be the location signal strength is great.

  Have you tried a different SD card? Make sure it’s full size (not microSD/adapter), name brand (e.g., SanDisk), 32 G capacity or smaller, class 10, 80 MB/s speed or a little faster (but you don’t need the ones that are well over 100 MB/s), formatted in the camera.

  Yes tried a different sd card and the firmware is up to date. Also formatted the card in the camera.Talked to a Spartan rep he said the camera is not liking the area. But I had good reception both on my Verizon cell phone and gocam. I had 4 bars of signal. It worked flawlessly in the same location on my property last season without a single issue. Very frustrating

  Is there any chance that the antenna is damaged or not screwed in completely? 

  Have you tried cleaning the contacts on the SIM (rub with a pencil eraser or rub against your jeans) and reseating the SIM?

  Tried everything still working intermittently. Sending camera in for warranty. Thanks for your help
