Not getting photos

We recently set up our camera and it was working when we left it today.  Checked firmware. Reformatted disk. Uninstalled/reinstalled app. Cleared Cache.

    Any chance nothing has been past it since you left? What is the time and date of the last status report and what size, class and speed SD card are you using? Has to be full sized as well, not a micro in an adapter.
    Did you set up any scheduled events so the camera checks in even if there's no activity in front of it?

    32G SanDisk. Last status at 9:14 am. No scheduled events, but we know deer are there.

    Yes. It's saying Result code ":1, ResultMsg"No Photo available"

    That just means that the app was looking for new photos and there weren't any available.

    Is the time zone set in the camera settings in the app? Getting a status report at that time usually means the camera took a picture and tried to send it but it didn't, the status report did get through though. That usually points to an SD card issue of some type.

    I would try requesting a format of the SD card. Is your time zone set in the camera settings in the app?

    It's set to Chicago which is our zone

    Sometimes if there's an issue with the SD card it will work for a little while. On the bottom of the status report it's not showing in the picture but what is the used and available space for the SD card?

    You can look at the online portal too and see if the pictures are getting there and just not to the app. When did you activate the camera?
