Premium credits not being used
My camera worked fine until it needed to use a new credit. Bought some credits but the camera won’t use them automatically.

Please post the last status report (screen cap from app, if possible). That will help tell whether the camera is online or not. If this is an old 3G camera, then you do need to request status reports. However, if it’s a 4G camera, it sends one each time it contacts the server, whether to send a picture or a scheduled event status report.
