Camera not sending pics

My GC-U4Gb2 has stopped taking and sending pictures

I have it set up to send a statues report at midnight and to take a picture at 5am it did not send or take the picture. In the log it shows No Value for Profile in red 

The SD card is formatted and the firmware is up to date

    What is the time and date of the most recent status report showing in the app? Have you checked the camera to see if the pictures are on the SD card and just not being sent? Does your plan require premium credits or are they included in the data plan?

    I am having the same problem. I tried emailing support, and have called several times over the last couple of days but have not been able to get in touch with anyone for resolution.

    For me, the most recent status report was last night at 2am. Last pic was 2 days ago despite having scheduled pic each day. It was taking pics consistently (50+ per day) and then randomly stopped. Test pic from cam would not send today. I have plenty of premium credits so that shouldn't be the issue. I checked SD card as well and it looks like the folder where the pics would be is corrupted. 

     

    And yes, I left my contact info. Thanks for the help!

    I would try formating the card, either on the camera or through the app. If you do it through the app it might not happen until the midnight report but also could happen sooner. You should get a picture with an F on it when the format is successful.

    John, it looks like that may have worked. Not sure why after a year and 30k+ pics the card would randomly do that, but oh well. I'll hang it back in the woods today!

    Sometimes they just go bad or get a bad sector that causes issues. If you're getting status reports but no pics that usually points towards SD card.

    I have a GC-A4gb that suddenly stopped sending pics. Pulled the camera and brought home. Loaded sd card into pc to see if there was a problem. The Logs file on the sd card looks like some type of foreign language along with futer dates such as 2089, 2035, etc. Can these cameras get a virus? Put a new sd card in and the camera works great.

    That's typical for the way the logs look. Did you try just formatting the original card to see if that got it going again? Was the original card to spec, 32gb, class 10, 80mb/s or faster and full sized ( not a micro in an adapter)?

    I changed the card at first but went back and formatted it and it worked. Thanks
