Camera will not take pictures and send to phone I have five credits showing left on my app but I can force send a picture and also last year I was getting neon green pictures randomly too what would cause that

    That sounds like it could be a SD card issue. I would start with replacing that. Makes sure it's 32gb or smaller, class10, 80mb/s or faster and full sized (not a micro in an adapter)

    I have a 16 gb class 10 in it but it doesn’t seem to wanna take any pictures

    I would first try formatting it in the camera and see if that helps and then if not replace it. They do go bad.

    Johnny is right about the first thing to try is to format and/or change the SD card.

    We need to figure out whether the camera is not taking pictures (so there aren’t any on the SD card from you moving around), taking them but not sending them, or sending them but they aren’t getting to your phone.\

    In addition to formatting the SD card in the camera and/or replacing it with a different “to spec” one, please default the camera. It’s in that same third menu tab on the camera that the format command is.

    In the app, on the status report page, does it show that the firmware is current? If not, you’ll want to update the firmware, but you’ll need to do it manually. Please let us know if the firmware needs updating and we’ll post instructions.
