SPARTAN Mobile APP not receiving photos

As of 8/28 all five of my 4G cameras are sending pictures to website, but the Android mobile app isn't receiving any pictures.

  Can you please check the portal (my.spartancamera.com) and see whether the pics are there but just not making it to your phone? If they are, please try this troubleshooting. It will probably be clearing the cache and possibly the data.
