Both cams are ~1/4 mile from my house.

I use Kingston cards myself and don't have any issues, I've never used (or seen) the canvas select, that's why I looked it up and saw the specs. It may just be that tech hasn't run into these before. It's easy enough to swap it out and find out, I'm not saying it's for sure your problem but it's easy enough to eliminate as being the issue. Please check the numbers on the portal too, they can help a lot with identifying what's happening with the camera. Have you gotten any more status reports from the camera since midnight? Also if you could take some screen shots of your camera settings and post those it might be helpful. When you go to the camera I would turn it off and back to setup and once it finds signal press the OK button to take a picture and then press it again to send the picture, watch what happens and what it says on the screen. If it sends then arm the camera and see if it will take and send a manual picture. If it doesn't look to see if it took the picture and stored it to the SD card or didn't even take a photo then format the SD card and default the camera and try the manual and motion pics again. Please cancel all pending commands before you go.

Make sure the time zone is set in the camera settings on the app and if the camera doesn't work after trying everything I would bring it home and give tech support a call.
