Camera not taking pictures

Set up camera and it took 5 pictures of me setting it up. Now it hasn’t sent one picture after that and every time it checks server for new photos nothing comes up. Purchased 1gb for 3 months through spartan website from Verizon network.

    That log on the app just means that there were no pictures from the camera when the app checked in. Is it possible nothing has walked by? Have you gotten a status report since then? It might be a good idea to set up some scheduled event pics so the camera checks in a few times a day even if there's nothing there to trigger it.

    No something definitely has walked by I tried setting up scheduled pictures but it keeps saying pending and won’t go through and I never got a status report the last 2 days

    I switched sd cards after buying the plan could that affect it

    Is the card to spec, 32gb or smaller, class10, 80mb/s or faster and a full sized card, not a micro in an adapter? Make sure you also format the card in the camera.

    The settings changes will stay pending until the camera checks in sending a picture or status report. Any chance you left the camera in setup mode or did you test it and not touch it and just walked away?

    Yes it’s the right sd card I formatted it when I set it up on the tree then I turned it to on it sent me 2 pics of me baiting while I was next to it and as soon as I left I haven’t received anything else and I left the scheduled events pics in pending over the night cause I thought it was suppose to do a status report at midnight and it never sent me a report

    I had the exact same problem! I discovered when I would insert the SD card it would engage the SD lock. Put in a different SD card with a harder locking slide and the problem was resolved.

    Can you post a screen shot of your status report that shows everything from the battery indicators on top to the SD card stats on the bottom please?

    Sorry Wally, I was trying to get Kabryni to post it so I could see if anything looked off. Thank you though. Make sure that 8gb SD card is a class 10.
