What camera model and where are you trying to get the data from? Also make sure there's not a blank space before the first number you're entering for the SIM.

    I believe it’s the 4G LTE.
I retried making sure no space before entering the ICCID number. ATT is the carrier.

Where are you trying to purchase the data and where did you purchase it last year?

ATT plan. That’s what I had last year. After I enter the IMEI number, I am prompted to choose 1-12 months of data plans, and enter the ICCID. I’ve tried entering 1 month. Tried 12 months, 3 months. Doesn’t matter. After I enter the ICCID 20 digit number and submit, I get the same “incompatible” message. It’s the same SIM card for the same camera as last year. I accidentally let the subscription run out, and now I can’t reactivate (or am doing something wrong).

Steve I just want to be sure, ATT plan through Spartan or through ATT directly? Can you post a picture of the front and the back of the SIM card?

It’s the ATT Sim that came with the camera. I can try to send a pic tonight after work. I’m trying to get the plan reactivated through the Spartan website. Not directly from ATT.

Is the front of the SIM solid white with a blue globe logo or does it have some color on it?

To reactivate your account after registering a TM SIM card, you'll need to ensure that the SIM card is inserted into your device. Once inserted, restart your device to allow it to recognize the SIM card. After the restart, you may need to follow specific activation steps provided by TM. This might include entering a PIN or PUK code, setting up your device's APN settings, or verifying your identity through a registration method . Once these steps are completed, your TM SIM card should be reactivated, allowing you to use it for calls, texts, and data services according to your plan. If you encounter any difficulties during the reactivation process, you can reach out to TM's customer support for assistance.

    Anthony,

This question is over four years old and it involved an AT&T carrier, not T-Mobile. The cameras cannot make phone calls or send texts.
