Camera is new not sending photos to app

got everything setup throug bluegrass not sending photos to app or maybe im not completely understanding the damn thing

  Yea it shows up i click download or view photos and nothing but can get in the camera and press the play button and it shows me the photos

  Try logging out of the app and back in. Then turn the camera from off to set up and when it finds signal press the ok button to take a picture and then press it again to send the picture. Watch what it says on the screen. Hopefully it will say sent and then check the app. In the app settings make sure download only on wifi is turned off and auto download is turned on.
