“Status Report” Pending

Hey guys, How long should a status report take? I requested one at 8 this morning, it’s 4:07 PM now and still says pending. I tested the camera after placing it and before leaving the area. It sent photos to my phone and had brand new batteries and full signal. Any ideas?

  It won't send any pending requests until the camera checks in, either by sending a photo or status report.

  If this is a 4G camera, there’s really no good reason to request a status report because the camera sends one each time it contacts the server. You should probably set some scheduled events every few hours so that the camera contacts the server even when there hasn’t been a motion-triggered pic to send.

  You can set them using the app, at least you'll have them in the future after the settings update.
