Stopped Sending Photos- GC-A4Gb/GoCam 4G (AT&T) Blackout

Camera has worked fine for a year or more, but recently stopped sending photos. 

-When camera is trigged I get a status report notification on the mobile app, but no photo. Checking the SIM card it is taking the photos.

-Camera passes hello test

-Camera is able to send report. 

-When I test send an image I get "Sending..." text for about 10 seconds, than  "Searching network", than setting, and Sending again on repeat until it fails. Full bars on the network.

-Have both credits and session paid up. 

Firmware version is EC25AFAR05A04M4G

If I try and update Firmware I get an up to 6 minute message, and then it fails after about 10 minutes.
