No photos and lag in status reports

I went and set my camera(GC-U4Gb2 US Cellular) up and it took a couple of pictures and sent them to the app and email of me walking in front of it.  Since then, about 4 days later I have yet to get a picture sent to me.  I have tried to do the "Request Camera Status" and it completed it but took around 24 hours to complete it.  I also schedule a status report for 7 am each day and right at 7 am it has been sending me a notification.  I have a 5.7 full battery and 4 bars for coverage.  I have this placed in a heavily traveled area and I know that deer travel it daily from other trail cameras that I used to pull cards on.  Any help would be appreciated.

    When you make a request or command it won't happen until the camera checks in sending a photo or status report. If you are getting the reports but no pictures it could be an SD card problem. Make sure you use a 32gb card or smaller, class 10, 80mb/s or faster and a full sized card, not a micro in an adapter. What is the time and date of your last status report? Make sure you format the card in the camera as well.

    Thanks for the quick response John.  I'm using a 32GB 10 Class.  Last camera status was 09/06/20 @ 21:48:10  I also requested a format SD card at 09/06/20 @ 21:48:16

    Did you get a picture with an F on the bottom of it after the format completed?

    John, I'm not sure?  I deleted what pictures were shown.  All were blanks no animals.

    I would request the format again and watch for the F pic

    OK, will do.  The most recent pictures show P5 and a M.  I also scheduled a picture to be taken at 7pm and 8am daily.

    So it's working OK now? P5 is full battery and M means motion triggered. If it's working OK then I wouldn't worry about doing the format again.
