IMEI does not match

I purchased several cameras a couple years ago and they have worked great. I let service lapse on 1 out of the 4 cameras and after about 6 month of no service I am having difficulty getting it to start up again.
I noticed the IMEI on the nameplate in the camera does not match the IMEI under "information" in the camera sottware. The camera connects to the network and passes the Hello test. I have a fresh (compatible) SD and new batteries in the camera. The camera is set to send photos in Instant mode and sends via Premium. It is an ATT camera.
I updated firmware to the 9/30/19 version manually.
Camera model is GC-A4Gb.
I use an ATT SIM card and have confirmed active service from ATT's buy a session.
When trying to send a test photo i get an error message which says invalid IMEI number. Thinking i had to simply add a new camera to my GoCam account using the new IMEI number under "information", I deleted this camera from my account and tried to re-add the camera, but when i attempt to register the camera I receive a Invalid IMei/Meid error and it says to contact customer service.
Please advise.
