GC-Z4GB - Stopped sending pics

GC-Z4GB - FW Ver DSP:2019/11/22-19:21:09 MCU:RL190411

My camera has been working for almost a year, but the last image I received was on 9/2/20.

The last used credit was set to expire on 9/5. Had 1 credit remaining, purchase 12 additional credits to make sure it wasn't that. Still showing 13 credits.

Camera sends status reports daily at 0800. Changed it yesterday to take a pic at 1800, and no pic has been sent.

  Are you getting status reports at other times too? You might want to request an SD card format.

  I am only getting status reports at the event time scheduled. Plan to put in a new sd card this weekend per suggestion from support.

  Make sure it's a 32gb or smaller, class 10, 80mbs or faster and a full sized card, not a micro in an adapter.
