New camera setup or one that was working and then stopped? If one that stopped working look on the app and see what the time and date of the last status report was. What is the camera model and where are you purchasing the data from?

Last Status update was 9/6. Battery life looks to be at 60%. Just bought six months of service about a month ago from A&TT. What do I need to do?

That battery indicator is not a percentage of battery remaining, it's actually reading voltage. If it's showing that low your problem is most likely batteries, especially if you are using lithium. What is it showing for the actual voltage, 5.1 or 4.8 and what kind of batteries are you using?

John, If you are responding to my original question? Last update 9-7 I use this camera for security at my cabin. Saturday I changed the max pics to 4 per day. Monday I switched it back to 0 unlimited. I have 2 months and about 80% of my data left. Battery voltage is 5.7 my updates haven't been successful. Tried 2 time's on app and once on the website. The update doesn't go through. Just keeps saying pending.

Robert, the updates that you request won't go through until the camera checks in either sending a picture or status report. I have seen lithium batteries show full but actually be very low. Do you have any idea how long the batteries have been in the camera or how many pictures they've sent?

Thanks, last report shows about 650 1 photo. It was working fine when I got to the cabin. Just didn't want 100 pictures of me around the campfire. Unfortunately it's a 280 mile round trip to change batteries. I'm guessing that you're right about the batteries. But I run 5 cell Cam's on the Energizer ultimate lithium batteries and can get 1000 minimum pictures. I put them in July 24th

Robert, do you have power save turned on in the camera settings on the app? Also be sure that the time zone is set in the settings as well.
