  Can't get pics to upload on my desktop. Keep getting this notice:

  504 Gateway Time-out

  Any guidance is appreciated.

  Have you tried logging out and back in? Try using my.spartancamera.com if you're not currently. You can also try hitting the F5 key on your computer keyboard to clear the cache.
