Go cam not sending pics

Ok i can go to the camera and turn it off and back on and it will take a few pics of me while I'm around. Seems like soon as I leave it quits taking pics. I have it scheduled to take a pic twice a day but it never does that. It worked fine for first couple weeks but now it's not. I am fixn to try to re-format the sd card as I have seen that alot. Status report is fine, good signal, good battery, and service(data plan). Any more ideas?

    I would definitely try the format in the camera. Make sure your SD card is to spec too, 32gb or smaller, class 10 80mb/s or faster and full sized, not a micro in an adapter. What is your camera model?

    I will have to look at the camera itself tomarrow. Thats what it said on the app under model. Not exactly sure what it's referring to

    On the home page of the app, right under the camera description, there should be a model that starts with GC or GST.
