Cameras not sending pics

I would get new to Spec SD cards and load the firmware on them. Then load a fresh firmware on the camera, format the SD card after it's successful and go from there. Fresh batteries obviously. Below is a link to the firmware updates and instructions.

If it's not communicating then there's no way to check anything remotely. If you'd like to email me your log in information I will take a look and see if anything looks out of kilter, my email is johnny.lockburner@spartancamera.com

Thank you but I’m more concerned with the lack of performance since purchasing the cameras. They are always having issues.
Was there a bad batch of cameras made? If the cameras keep having the same issues after going through all of the trouble shooting steps then something is not right.
Again after the same issues last year I ordered Energizer Li batteries and I don’t mix batteries or battery brands, purchased class 10 32GB scan disk standard size SD cards from Walgreens, done software updates from same SD cards, always put the same SD cards back in the cameras, format the cards every time they get installed in the cameras.
It makes it very difficult to justify spending the kind of money that I have on cameras, batteries, SD cards, SIM cards and data service packages for cameras that are supposed to be remote but every time it is not working properly I have to drive to them. I am needing to add 2 more cameras but not going to spend the money if I cannot depend on them.
Where can we go from here besides get to the cameras? Once I get to them I really need to be able to depend on them to work as advertised. -
Im at the cameras now. Camera with S# ending in 0328 does not seem to be able to find the network. I have downloaded the firmware based upon the instructions to another new Class 10 32 MB Standard size SD card installed new Energizer LI batteries and installed updated firmware. Still no network connection.

More info on APN.
With the camera in setup mode, on the camera, press the Menu button, fourth menu tab, Diagnostic, APN Setting, password is 123456, OK. (ATTb/ATTi password is 1234)
If the camera says "System busy", just wait until it says it can't go online and then you should be able to get in.
AT&T: Spartan SIM should be APNSP. AT&T should be either APNBR or APNBL (choose whichever one it isn't already)

Craig,
I was just following Johnny's info about the APN, but APN is for AT&T and US Cellular. I just went back to some of the earlier comments and your camera isn't for either of those networks so it doesn't have an APN setting. I'm sorry for posting the APN info and adding to the confusion.

BTW my other camera which was showing the low battery issue has new batteries, new class 10 32GB Scan Disk standard size SD card, which had the firmware update downloaded to it then updated the camera then reformatted did acquire great signal but is not sending any pics.
The camera that can not acquire signal was taking pictures but none of them were ever sent. I think that is the same thing that stealth camera does.
