I would pull them until we get this figured out. I don't think they are going to magically start working again.

Cellcom uses Verizon network but usually cellcom cameras get their data through cellcom. I'll see what tech says and report back.

Never did hear back from you. I called support and after 48 hours no reply from them. I’d really like to get this resolved ASAP.

Craig I'm sorry, yes they said it should be fine with Verizon. I've sent your information and asked that someone give you a call.

I still have not gotten a call from anyone. Is there any way to get a returned phone call? Running out of time. I think 15 days is long enough to wait trying to get the problem resolved.

They will call, they are returning calls in the order that phone messages and emails are being received. When I talked to someone yesterday they said that you were already in the system to have a technician call you.

One thing I just thought of to try, do you happen to have a class 4 SD card laying around? Any size up to 32gb will be fine. If so format it and try it in the camera.

Thank you for the additional suggestion but at this point the cameras are now back in FL and I want them swapped out for Verizon cameras like I paid for.

They actually are Verizon, I did ask about that. They just have a different sticker/number on them. Where did you purchase them from?

I can’t remember that. These cameras keep having the same unknown issues since I purchased them. I’m not willing to keep spending money to keep guessing at the problem or for a service that I’m not receiving. Spartan needs to swap them out and resolve the problem on their time and their money.

They are going to require some sort of proof of purchase I'm sure, especially if you didn't buy them directly from Spartan.

Ok that’s fine but still need them to call me so it can happen.
