Hello, I have a 4G spartan camera through Verizon. It was purchased some time last summer then the other three came throughout the fall and winter. So this is the oldest one I have. At some point in the last 2 months, the camera started to take pictures for a few days then stop while still communicating with the server. I have had the same SD card in the camera since I bought it and it’s the same brand an performance I use for the other three cameras. So I will format the SD card and it will work again for a few days. Then it will stop. I did a firmware update through the app and the camera to see if that would work. The camera worked for a few days then stopped. I recall my father in law having this issue and I manually downloaded something sent to me from the support forum onto the camera. If anyone has any ideas I sure do appreciate the help in advance.

  What is the camera model? Your SD card may have gone bad so replacing that might be a good idea. Is the cameras firmware up to date, that's probably what they emailed him.

  If this is a GoCam, you may want to replace the SIM. I have a Z4Gb that has been rock solid ever since I got it as a test camera but it started going up and down, low signal. Replaced SIM and it’s working great again. That is a much less common problem than SD card though.
