SIM card dedicated to Spartan? (blue/white AT&T)

Just a quick question regarding the blue & white AT&T SIM card that came with my Spartan GoCam- do I need to buy the data plan through Spartan or can I add it to my AT&T account?  Thank you in advance

  You will need to get the data through Spartan, it usually works out quite a bit cheaper than adding it to your ATT account
